INSTRUCTIONS - REALLY IMPORTANT ONES:

Download your centre package choosing either the NEW Family Enrollment Package OR the Re- Enrollment Package (make sure you select the one your child attends)
SAVE the package to your computer, open in ADOBE and complete all required fields
Save it to your computer
Scroll to the bottom of this screen, enter your name, email and attach the forms and a VOID cheque if you are setting up payment for the first time.
Click SUBMIT
