I am a Level 3 E.C.E. I have 4 years of experience working with children ages 5-12. I value self-growth personally and professionally. I love encouraging confidence, curiosity, and independence in children. I am passionate about leading educators and children in a positive manner.
Meet the Assistant Director
Shauna Nieves-Young Pow
I'm a Level 1 E.C.E. with 3 years of experience working with 3-12-year-olds. I am working to obtain my degree to teach math to 4th-6th graders. I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, and have been moving around my whole life, so I love to travel and experience new things! I recently got a puppy; she is a corgipoo!

Konsuelo Múzquiz Pardo
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I'm eager to learn more about child development and make a difference in their lives. I am currently a Level 1 E.C.E. I am a mother of 2 children. I love cats and plants.
Baylee Leganchuk
I have my Level 1 E.C.E. and am eager to continue my education. I grew up in my family's day home, and that's where my love of teaching young minds came from. I have been working professionally with children since 2019. I look forward to bringing this passion to Juvenescence!
Emmalee Moore
I'm an Educator here at Juvenescence. I have 2 years of experience working with kids ages 7-15. I am from Langdon and have spent the previous 2 summers as a camp counsellor. I attend the University of Calgary in a concurrent education program, with the end goal of being a special education teacher.
Shay Fell
I’m excited to begin my journey in childcare and am currently working toward my Level 1 E.C.E. certification. I look forward to growing my knowledge and experience in the early learning field and creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.
Blessing Onyenwosa
I am a Level 1 E.C.E. here at Juvenescence. I have 5 years of experience working with children ages 3 to 15. I don’t take myself too seriously and believe that having fun is an important part of creating meaningful connections with children. My goal is to continue growing in my role and become more of a leader within the childcare field.
Benji Pedersen
I am a Level 1 E.C.E. here at Juvenescence. I have 3 years of experience working with children aged 5 to 12 years old. My goals at Juvenescence are to make meaningful connections with the children and parents and to encourage children to express themselves creatively.
