I founded Juvenescence in 2010 to create a program of excellence with a culture of fun, engagement, and belonging. I have two daughters 19 and 21 who I had the pleasure of watching grow up in Juvenescence and both of them work here now.
Kelly Macmillan
My role here at Juvenescence is to recruit & train new employees while supporting all centre directors and educators. I take great pride in finding the perfect candidates to work with you and your children. I look for enthusiastic, trustworthy, professional, and caring individuals who aim to make your child’s time at Juvenescence positive and enjoyable. I guide educators & directors to become stronger within their roles and adapt to the needs of each centre through professional development, individual goal setting, and training. I have been a part of Juvenescence for 13 years now, starting as a frontline staff member, then a director, and into recruitment and training. I look forward to working alongside you and your children!
Lisa Craik
I have been a part of the Juvenescence Family since 2016. I have worked in the childcare field for over 30 years now. I started as a student, frontline staff member, assistant director, and director, and worked my way up to the position I work in today. I have dedicated my career to working with families and children. I would describe myself as dedicated, family-oriented, and passionate. In my role at Juvenescence, I manage camps, enrollment, and accounts, with a focus on delivering the best service we can to our families.
Laura Smetenikov
I’ve been part of Juvenescence since 2014, starting my journey as an Educator and later taking on a Director role. Today, I’m excited to continue growing with Juvenescence as the Recruitment & Training Director, where I get to support new team members and help bring great educators into our centres. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my girls, enjoying the company of our cats, and making the most of the little moments that matter most.
